By using the services or products provided by at the bottle. (hereafter referred to as "I,", “me” or "my"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and relevant documents mentioned within. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use my services.

2. Service Description

I offer personalised bottles, jars and bottle lamps made to order for you as well as ready products.

Personalised product is customised based on the theme, item, chosen colour, and the requested time frame.

3. Pricing and Payments

Pricing is individually quoted for each customer based on the chosen theme, item colour, and requested timeframe. Requesting a quote is complimentary and does not commit you to placing an order.

Agreed payment in full is required upfront, and no work will commence until payment is received.

Additional fees may apply for express orders during busy times. Each quote will be communicated upon the payment.

4. Refunds and Returns

Personalised products: I do not accept cancellations for personalised items due to their unique nature.

However, you can reach out to me at any point, and I can offer a discretionary and complimentary 10% refund (excluding postage).

Regular products: Regular products can be cancelled before or after shipping for a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on my social media and associated materials are the property of at the bottle. . You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without my written permission.

Product usage is at your own risk, and you should follow safety guidelines provided. I explicitly disclaim liability for any misuse or accidents associated with the product.
