1. Cancellations for any product:

cancellation is permitted at any stage, with a 10% refund (excluding postage costs)
b. Cancellations for regular products
Regular products can be cancelled before or after shipping. However, if you wish to return it after it has been delivered:
Please be aware that providing photo or video evidence of the item's condition upon delivery may be requested to facilitate the refund process.
2. Damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, please take pictures and contact me immediately. Damages reported within three calendar days of receiving the item will be considered for a resolution:
- Send the damaged item with its original box (including inserts) back to me for repair.
- Receive a 10% refund (excluding postage) while keeping the item.
- Receive a 10% discount (excluding postage) for a future order while keeping the item. The decision is at my discretion and varies on a case-by-case basis.
