1. What do you need to make the personalised product for me?
I will need to know the type and size of the bottle/jar you're interested in, as well as colour and theme as well as where and when it needs to go.
2. How long does it take?
The standard production time is 10 working days from receiving the payment or required elements. During busy times, the production time may be longer, and I will communicate this to you before you place your order. I reserve a right to delays due to conditions out of our control, such as weather, which will be communicated accordingly.
3. What is the product made of?
My products are covered with a touch of magic and love! I work with various clays and resins. They may also include elements such as diecast models, fake flowers, or real nuts and screws, depending on your design.
4. How do I pay?
I accept payments in advance for each order. Currently, you can pay via PayPal, bank transfer or with your card via SumUp.
5. How is the bottle posted?
I use the Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm Royal Mail service. While I take great care to protect the box and the product, if your order arrives damaged (an extremely rare case), please take pictures and contact me immediately. I will consider damages reported within three calendar days of receiving the bottle and will require photo/video proof.
6. Can I personalise the product?
Absolutely! Within reason. I will provide recommendations and advise you on whether I can bring your idea to life.
7. Can I have the same exact product you posted on your social media?
Each product is handmade and unique, with its own ornaments and elements. While there might be some similarities between products, each one is one-of-a-kind.
8. Why do I need to confirm my age?
It is illegal to sell alcohol to those under 18!
9. Is the bottle openable?
That's up to you! I can make them either openable or closed forever. Please note that some bottles might have the protective plastic or cup removed.
10. Do you offer gift boxes for the products?
My products are designed to be astonishing on their own and don't require special boxes to look awesome. However, I do offer some wedding boxes at an extra expense; just ask!
11. What offers do you have?
I offer a regular discount if you order two or more bottles within one order. I also cooperate with some charities and matters close to my heart, so if you mention their name while placing an order, you'll receive a £5 discount, and 10% of the value of your order (excluding postage) will go towards them! Keep an eye on my social media to find out which those are.
12. What if I change my mind after placing an order?
Personalised items: for personalised orders I cannot process full cancellations after receiving payment.
Should you wish to cancel after sending payment, I can consider a complimentary 10% refund (excluding postage) in my discretion.
Regular items: You can cancel regular order at any point for a full refund (excluding postage). If you change your mind after receiving the item, I can process a full refund (excluding postage) after receiving the unopened box with the product back to me.

If you cancel any two orders, I reserve the right to remove you from the page and not process your future orders.
13. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, I do! However, there may be country-specific restrictions or extra fees that you will need to cover. Please contact me with your idea and the country for further discussion. I have regular customers from overseas!
14. What themes do you have in your offer?
I offer motorbikes, cars and flowers on a regular basis. I also offer seasonal themes, such as Christmas or Halloween. Personalised items cover various themes, such as forklifts, push bikes, money for luck, buttons, chess, or worldwide recognised movies. I am limited by my imagination only so feel free to reach out with your idea!
